Slow is a Verb: Drop-in Workshop
Description
Drop-in workshop at the opening of Slow is a Verb — The Young Curators' Reading Room, an exhibition curated by the nine participants of the PRAKSIS Teen Advisory Board / Young Curators Mentorship at Nitja Centre for Contemporary Art, Lillestrøm. João had previously developed ‘utility posters’ together with the young curators as a support tool for collaboration and asking for help. The opening also featured the launch of Reaching Out: A Book about Agency, Care, Identity, and… (Rooftop Press), a collaborative project by youth advisory boards from PRAKSIS (Oslo), Index (Stockholm), and PUBLICS (Helsinki).
